The largest floods within last 10 years has hit Cambodia. Continuous rains in recent weeks, mainly flooded homes and roads in the provinces of Prey Veng and Kandal. In Kandal province, where MAGNA operates in 7 health centers recently registered 100 % patients increase.
More than 200 deaths where reported, half of them were children. Latest estimations presents 32,000 people evacuated, more than 70 % of them are women and children.
MAGNA has in Cambodia more than 100 employees working in the provinces of Kandal, Takeo and Phnom Penh.
